Very Darkman criticizes Burna Boy over Speed Darlington's arrest, urging him to respect free speech and pursue legal action if defamed, rather than using the police
Internet personality Martins Otse, popularly known as Very Darkman, has condemned the arrest of artist Speed Darlington, who was reportedly detained after making remarks about Burna Boy.
Addressing Burna Boy, Very Darkman stated, "Burna Boy, don’t be an oppressor. Don’t join all these big men in Nigeria and start abusing power. I don’t care what Speed Darlington said about you, it’s free speech." He added that Speed Darlington has insulted him several times, but if Burna Boy felt defamed, he should sue for defamation instead of using the police to oppress him.
