Grammy-winning superstar Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has given fans a tantalizing glimpse of his eagerly awaited album, “Morayo.” In a recent Instagram update, the global icon shared a snippet of the album, teasing the track "Piece Of My Heart," which features the smooth vocals of Brent Faiyaz.
The track has already got fans dancing, with its vibrant mix of Caribbean, R&B, Afro-Pop, and Dancehall influences making waves. This reveal follows Wizkid's appearance at the recent Louis Vuitton show, directed by Pharrell Williams, where he discussed his upcoming project and its deeply personal significance.
Wizkid, famous for hits like “Essence,” explained that “Morayo” is a tribute to his mother, reflecting his personal journey. He expressed his hope that the album will uplift listeners and spread positivity, saying, “I hope it lifts spirits and spreads positive energy.”
