Why women should refrain from BBL surgery – Anita Joseph
Nollywood actress Anita Joseph urges women to avoid Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery after a woman's death during the procedure, highlighting the serious risks and complications involved.
Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has made a heartfelt plea to women, urging them to avoid undergoing Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery after a tragic incident where a woman lost her life during the procedure. In a recent Instagram post, Anita shared her concerns, emphasizing the serious risks associated with BBL surgery. She pointed out that the procedure is far from simple and that those who have undergone it can testify to its dangers.
Anita’s cautionary message comes on the heels of veteran actress Rita Edochie’s similar advice, given during the End Bad Government protest. In her post, Anita expressed her frustration, saying, “Another person is dead. If I say stop doing BBL because it’s bad and unsafe, many will start throwing shades. Shallom, please.”
She further warned that the risks don’t end with the initial surgery, likening the situation to constantly repairing a deflating car tire. “It doesn’t stop there, oh. You will keep doing and repairing because it’s like a car tire that loses air. Ask those who have removed theirs already. If it’s not Panadol, shallom.”
