Social media personality Verydarkman remains defiant after a court ordered him to apologize to rapper Falz and his father, Femi Falana, SAN, over defamation claims. In a video posted on November 13, 2024, Verydarkman stated that he would not apologize, insisting he exposed corruption, not defamation. He recounted that, despite showing respect to Falana, they demanded a formal apology, which he refuses to give.
The ruling followed his September 2024 posts alleging bribery, with Justice M. O. Idowu deeming the comments injurious to the Falana family’s reputation.
