Internet personality Martins Otse, popularly known as Darkman, released an audio clip on his Instagram account in the early hours of Monday morning regarding Bobrisky and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
In the audio, it was alleged that Bobrisky did not want anyone to know he had his phone. It was also claimed that his account was frozen, which contradicted what the EFCC stated during the House of Representatives hearing. The audio mentioned that "they saw some money in Bobrisky's account and some money that passed through the account," and that Bobrisky allegedly gave the EFCC some money to drop the money laundering charges.
In the audio, Bobrisky emphasized that he was not involved in money laundering or any type of fraud, asserting that his money was legitimate and that the EFCC had conducted a proper check on him and found him clean. It was also alleged that the EFCC had seized his cars. Bobrisky claimed he charges as much as $100,000 for influencing. He further stated that he was not in prison but was nearby and had been provided an apartment because of his godfather. He also claimed that his godfather had secured him a new SAN (Senior Advocate of Nigeria).
