Nollywood actor and outspoken social media personality Uche Maduagwu has stirred up controversy once again, this time targeting his fellow actress, Adanma Luke. In a recently posted video on his social media page, Maduagwu criticized Adanma Luke for her belated apology regarding the tragic passing of Junior Pope, which occurred nearly five months ago. His comments have sparked discussions across social media platforms, as fans and colleagues alike weigh in on the matter.
Maduagwu did not hold back in expressing his frustration with Adanma Luke’s apology video, questioning the sincerity and timing of her gesture. According to Maduagwu, simply saying sorry does little to alleviate the ongoing struggles faced by Junior Pope’s grieving family. “What will your 'sorry’ do for his son's school fees?” Maduagwu remarked, suggesting that words alone cannot provide the financial support needed by the late actor’s children in the wake of their father’s death.
Taking his criticism further, Maduagwu openly challenged Adanma Luke, asking how much financial assistance she has actually offered to Junior Pope’s family since his passing. His pointed remarks implied that meaningful support would be more impactful than an apology offered so long after the fact.
