Testimony Jaga gives Portable 72 hours to apologize for assaulting preacher
Gospel singer Testimony Jaga gives Portable a 3-day ultimatum to apologize for assaulting a preacher, condemning the violent act and urging a proper resolution.
Gospel artist Testimony Jaga has issued a stern three-day ultimatum to controversial singer Portable, demanding an apology for his recent assault on a preacher. The incident, which took place outside Portable’s bar, was live-streamed on Instagram, where Portable accused the pastor of disrupting his business by driving customers away. The situation escalated, with Portable resorting to physical violence, claiming the preacher was harming his establishment.
Outraged by the attack, Jaga took to Instagram on Friday to publicly condemn Portable's actions. In his post, Jaga addressed the singer directly, stating, “@portablebaeby, I am giving you three days to apologize to that man.”
Jaga further explained that if Portable had any grievances, he should have involved the authorities instead of taking the law into his own hands. “If Portable felt the pastor was doing something wrong, why not call the police or law enforcement? There was no need to slap him,” Jaga added.
Emphasizing the pastor’s role as a family man, Jaga appealed to Portable's sense of decency, urging him to apologize to both the clergyman and his family. “That man is someone’s father and husband. All I ask is for Portable to apologize. If he doesn’t, he might find himself serving as an example of why such behavior won’t be tolerated,” Jaga warned.
