Tems’ Hit Single ‘Found’ Goes Platinum in the U.S., Adding to Her RIAA Milestones
Nigerian star Tems achieves platinum status for ‘Found’ featuring Brent Faiyaz, marking one million sales in the U.S. and adding to her growing list of RIAA-certified records.
Tems’ track “Found,” featuring Brent Faiyaz, has now sold over one million copies in the U.S., making it eligible for an RIAA platinum certification. Originally released on her 2021 EP If Orange Was A Place, “Found” gained popularity following her feature on Wizkid’s hit “Essence.” With over 119 million Spotify streams, this platinum certification brings Tems to three RIAA-certified records alongside Free Mind and Future’s “Wait For U.”
Tems also recently earned RIAA gold for her song Higher and EP For Broken Ears, joining Wizkid and Rema among Nigerian artists with RIAA-certified projects.
