Adekunle Gold celebrates 10 years in music, sharing his inspiring journey of faith, resilience, and growth, encouraging others to pursue their dreams.
Nigerian music sensation Adekunle Kosoko, better known as Adekunle Gold or AG Baby, is marking a significant milestone—10 years in the music industry. Reflecting on his journey, the artist described it as a testament to faith, perseverance, and relentless hard work.
Sharing his story on Thursday, Adekunle Gold opened up about starting his music career during one of the darkest periods of his life. “In 2014, I wrote Sade at one of my lowest moments. I had just lost my job, and life felt uncertain. But I made a choice to give music everything I had. That choice changed my life,” he revealed.
Encouraging dreamers, the Afro-pop star urged young people to believe in their aspirations and start with whatever resources they have, no matter how small or daunting the journey may seem. “If you have a dream, believe in it. Work for it. Start small, start scared, but just start. Don’t let fear stop you. Keep growing, keep trying, and keep believing,” he advised.
Expressing gratitude, Adekunle Gold acknowledged the unwavering support of his fans, whom he fondly referred to as his “BFF,” saying, “Thank you BFF for your unwavering love for me. All my love.”
His heartfelt message is a reminder that success often starts with a leap of faith and that the most meaningful journeys are born out of struggle and determination.
