It cited potential violations under the Trafficking in Persons (Prohibition) Enforcement and Administration Act of 2015 and the Cybercrime (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act of 2015.

In his response, Speed Darlington firmly denied the allegations, stating, “I have never engaged in or contemplated involving myself in such acts.” He emphasized his upbringing by “martinet parents” and his adherence to high ethical and moral standards, distancing himself from any form of sexual predation or violence against minors. As a self-proclaimed role model, he expressed concern for his younger audience, saying, “I am alive to my responsibilities in helping to mould lasting moral valours amongst our young ones and would never deliberately engage in any form of activity that contravenes this noble responsibility.”
