Shallipopi Reveals Truth About Smoking: Cigarettes Are Just for Aesthetics

Nigerian singer Crown Uzama, widely known as Shallipopi, has clarified that he does not smoke despite often being seen posing with cigarettes in his photos and videos. The Oba Pluto hitmaker explained in a recent interview with Soundcity that his use of cigarettes is purely for aesthetic purposes.

“One thing my fans don’t know about me is that I don’t smoke. It’s just aesthetics,” he shared.

During the interview, Shallipopi also opened up about the driving force behind his music career. He revealed that hardship has been a significant source of inspiration, saying, “What influences me to do music is hardship. You don’t want to go through hardship in this country.”
