Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces New Sexual Assault Lawsuits, Bringing Total to Over 30
Sean “Diddy” Combs faces five new sexual assault lawsuits, adding to over 30 allegations of misconduct spanning two decades. Trial set for 2025 amid ongoing investigation.
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing five new lawsuits alleging sexual assault and drugging, with accusations spanning from 2001 to 2022 in New York, the Hamptons, and Miami. The lawsuits, filed anonymously by male and female accusers, include claims of assaults at parties hosted by Combs, such as his 2004 White Party.
One Jane Doe accuser alleges she was drugged and assaulted at age 17, while three male accusers claim they were drugged and sodomized. Combs’ attorneys deny the allegations, calling them “shameless publicity stunts” by attorney Tony Buzbee, who has filed 20 lawsuits against the music mogul so far.
Combs, currently detained in Brooklyn, awaits trial in 2025 on charges including racketeering and sex trafficking, which he denies. Prosecutors are still investigating, with the possibility of additional charges.
