Producer distances self from P-Square’s feud, clarifies role in song theft
Nigerian music producer Vampire Grace clarifies his role in the P-Square feud, stating he only produced the track ‘Winning’ and is not involved in the ongoing dispute between Paul and Peter Okoye.
Nigerian music producer Vampire Grace has spoken out, distancing himself from the escalating feud between P-Square’s twin brothers, Paul Okoye (Rudeboy) and Peter Okoye (Mr. P), over their song, ‘Winning’. The dispute reignited when Rudeboy claimed ownership of the track, accusing Mr. P of re-recording the song "word for word" without consent.
This clash has stirred old tensions, despite the brothers' 2021 reconciliation. In response, Vampire Grace clarified his role in the matter, stating that he only produced and recorded the track in 2022 before moving on from the project. He emphasized, “I delivered the song, got paid, and left. If one brother released it later, that’s beyond my control. I’m not managing P-Square.”
