Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has vowed to stay out of trouble after his recent legal battle with the Ogun State government.
The singer’s pledge comes just hours after he was granted ₦2 million bail over accusations of assaulting government officials at his bar. Portable, who had been previously declared wanted, surrendered himself to authorities and underwent legal proceedings before securing his release.
Following his freedom, the Zazu crooner took to social media to share a music video in which he reaffirmed his commitment to focusing on making money instead of trouble.
“Alhamdulilahi for everything 🙏 ZAzuu. No more wahala, na money I dey look for. If you no get money, call God ✍🏻,” he wrote.
Known for his frequent clashes with law enforcement and viral outbursts, Portable’s declaration has sparked mixed reactions from fans. While some believe he is truly embracing a new, trouble-free path, others remain skeptical, citing his history of controversies.
For now, Portable appears set on prioritizing his career, financial growth, and stability over drama.
