Pastor Femi Lazarus, founder of Light Nation Global Church, has revealed that he met his wife during a prayer session on Telegram.
Speaking to his congregation in a viral video, the pastor shared insights on the various ways people can encounter their God-ordained partners, emphasizing that love can blossom in unexpected places—including online platforms.
Recalling their first meeting, Pastor Lazarus said his wife would actively participate in the Telegram prayer sessions, often commenting “Amen”. When she eventually visited his church, he was struck by her confidence and boldness, noting that she was the first woman to look him directly in the eyes while sitting in front of him.
Reflecting on their journey, he advised singles to exercise patience when it comes to love and marriage, as waiting on God’s timing allows one to see things for what they truly are.
