Popular Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has shared how his career took a major leap thanks to the support of music stars WizKid and Davido. Speaking candidly, he revealed that WizKid propelled his music career by sharing his hit single, Declan Rice, while he was recovering in a hospital bed in Abuja. He described the moment as life-changing for him and his family, expressing gratitude for WizKid’s influence.
“I was on my sickbed in Abuja, close to losing my life, only to wake up and see WizKid had posted Declan Rice. That was the start of a new chapter for me and my family,” he said, emphasizing his loyalty and appreciation for WizKid despite not featuring on his album, More Love, Less Ego.
Addressing his relationship with Davido, Odumodublvck noted that the DMW boss has supported him and his team on countless occasions. He dismissed attempts to pit him against either artist, stating, “I cannot count how many favors Davido has done for me, my family, and my gang. He continues to do more.”
The rapper reaffirmed his admiration for both icons, emphasizing his gratitude and determination to rise above negativity.
