New date for Bobrisky's Release announced
Check out the new date on the expected release for Nigeria's popular socialite and cross dresser, Bobrisky.
The planned jail release of Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, a Nigerian cross dresser, has been rescheduled. His return date was originally scheduled for Monday, July 29, but a purported computation error has caused the date to be rescheduled.
After confessing to abusing Naira, Bobrisky was given a six-month prison sentence on April 12, 2024. He was disappointed that his release did not go as expected.
According to content producer and social media analyst Tosin Silverdam, a calculation error in the publication date was the reason for the delay.
When Bobrisky's crew arrived to pick him up from prison, Silverdam said they were made aware of the error.
The new release window is now August 5, 2024, a Monday.
