I Told Them, Burna Boy’s most recent album, broke records when it became the most-streamed African album on Apple Music in its first week of release on August 25. Third place goes to Davido, who rose to this position thanks to his 2022 album Timeless. Notably, Asake ranks sixth on the list with an astounding 11 songs that make it into Apple Music’s Global Daily Top 100. Superstar Rema takes fourth place with his popular song “Calm Down,” which became the African track with the longest run in the Top 15 of the Global Daily Top 100 on Apple Music.
