Mr Eazi Joins Star-Studded Lineup for ‘F1: The Album’ Soundtrack

Rev up your engines, as F1: The Album, the companion soundtrack for the upcoming Formula 1 movie “F1“, is set to drop on June 27, 2025. This release coincides with the film’s theatrical release.

Announced by Atlantic Records, the 17-track album boasts a high-octane lineup of global music stars. These include Ed Sheeran, Doja Cat, Burna Boy, ROSÉ, Tate McRae, Raye, Roddy Ricch, Dom Dolla, Chris Stapleton, Tiësto, Sexyy Red, and Mr. Eazi, among others.

The album, curated by the producers behind the award-winning Barbie: The Album, promises to fuel the adrenaline of the Brad Pitt and Damson Idris-led motorsport drama.

Nigerian singer and record executive Mr Eazi, known for pioneering Banku music, which is a fusion of Ghanaian highlife and Nigerian sounds, shared his excitement on X. He thanked God for “keeping things running smoothly.”

This marks another milestone for the artist. His 2018 hit “London Town” featuring Giggs was recently featured in Sonic 3 (December 2024), earning him international acclaim. Mr Eazi’s inclusion in F1: The Album further cements his global rise. It showcases Nigerian talent alongside music heavyweights.

The album’s lead single, “Lose My Mind” by Doja Cat and Don Toliver, dropped on April 30, 2025. It came with a high-tech music video featuring the fictional APXGP team’s car livery, tying into the 2025 Miami Grand Prix promotions.
