Mohbad’s widow, Wunmi addresses pregnancy rumor

Wunmi Aloba, the widow of the late Afrobeats star Ilerioluwa 'Mohbad' Aloba, has responded to circulating rumors about her alleged pregnancy and criticism that she has moved on too quickly after his passing. The rumors began after a conversation on media personality Baba Latisneh's TikTok, where some questioned her loyalty to Mohbad’s memory. Critics have debated how long a widow should grieve, sparking widespread backlash against Wunmi.

On October 11, Wunmi broke her silence on Instagram, addressing the judgment directed at her. She calmly dismissed the criticism, asserting that she prioritizes her own experience and feelings over societal expectations. "I am way more interested in how my life feels to me, than how it looks to others," she wrote, highlighting her resolve to live authentically despite public scrutiny. 

Wunmi's response has ignited mixed reactions, with some applauding her bravery, while others continue to express their concerns.
