Reflecting on her decision to undergo surgery, Eke admitted that initial trends and peer pressure influenced her choice. “To be honest, I followed the trend. I had a good body shape before—I was slim with curves in the right places as an African woman. My stomach was just a bit more than I wanted,” she explained.

The reality star recounted the difficult moments of her surgery, noting the discomfort of lying on her stomach for two weeks and the intense recovery period that followed. Despite these challenges, Eke remains positive about the outcome. “It was painful and I cried for three days, but it was worth it,” she said.

Eke also addressed rumors about facial enhancements, clarifying that her surgeries were solely focused on body improvements. “I didn’t touch my face; I’m naturally beautiful,” she asserted.
