James Brown accused of faking Bobrisky prison visit, real reason exposed
James Brown faces criticism for allegedly misleading Nigerians about visiting Bobrisky in Kirikiri Prison, sparking controversy and online speculation.
Controversial influencer James Brown is facing backlash after allegedly misleading Nigerians into believing he visited fellow influencer Bobrisky in Kirikiri Prison. On June 7, 2024, Brown posted on Instagram, claiming he went to check on Bobrisky's well-being, sharing photos of himself with his team and the Deputy Controller of Corrections. However, the absence of any images with Bobrisky quickly raised suspicions.
The controversy escalated when influencer VeryDarkMan released an audio clip in which Bobrisky allegedly confessed to serving her sentence outside the prison, further fueling doubt over Brown's claim.
According to a source speaking to Instablog9ja, James Brown's visit wasn’t to see Bobrisky, but to collaborate with imprisoned singer Vindicate. The source alleged that Brown was in Kirikiri to record a song and shoot a video with Vindicate, with full approval from the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) authorities in Abuja.
The same source also claimed that Bobrisky only spent three weeks in Kirikiri Prison before being quietly relocated, casting further doubt on James Brown's account.
The revelations have ignited widespread speculation online, with many accusing James Brown of fabricating his story for publicity. Critics have called out the influencer for allegedly exploiting the situation to mislead the public.
As of now, James Brown has not addressed the growing accusations, and Bobrisky has remained silent, leaving Nigerians awaiting clarity amid the swirling controversy. Social media continues to buzz as reactions pour in from all corners.
