Governor Adeleke Declares Work-Free Day for Teachers in Osun for World Teachers’ Day 2024

Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has declared Monday a public holiday for teachers in both public and private schools to celebrate World Teachers’ Day 2024. In a statement released by the Commissioner for Information, Kolapo Alimi, the governor expressed gratitude for teachers' contributions to the education sector. Adeleke urged teachers to reflect on the progress of education in the state and reassured them of his administration’s commitment to their well-being.
