A Nigerian woman recently raised a serious alarm on X (formerly Twitter), alleging that passengers traveling on a GIG Motors bus from Port Harcourt to Abuja had been kidnapped, leaving only the driver to return with the vehicle. According to her post, which has quickly gained attention online, the incident occurred several hours before her message, and, as of now, none of the passengers have been located or heard from.
In her claim, she expressed concerns about the way the bus company, GIG Motors, was handling the situation. She accused them of shielding the driver from giving a proper account of what transpired and highlighted the absence of a police report or any official statement from GIG Motors addressing the incident.
Her post also featured a video showing a confrontation between a woman and GIG Motors staff, where she accused the company of withholding information about both the driver and the missing passengers. This video has sparked public outrage, as many are calling for GIG Motors to provide transparency and clarification.
As of now, GIG Motors has not issued any formal statement to confirm or deny the woman's claims. Many are waiting for official word to clarify the situation and provide details on the fate of the missing passengers.
