Football: Jude Bellingham Breaks Silence after Injury

Jude Bellingham has spoken out about the injury that will prevent him from playing for England against Ireland in the UEFA Nations League in Dublin. Bellingham is expected to miss a month of activity due to a calf injury he sustained during training, Real Madrid said on Friday. The 21-year-old said that he is upset about missing a number of crucial games, such as Madrid’s first Champions League match of the season and the match against Ireland at the Aviva Stadium on September 7.

However the midfielder noted that the injury is probably a result of a long season last term that saw him play 42 times for his club and was almost an ever-present for England at Euro 2024, despite suffering shoulder and ankle injuries during the campaign
