Femi Falana and Falz Demand Bobrisky Retract Defamatory Claims

Femi Falana and son Falz give Bobrisky a 12-hour ultimatum to retract defamatory claims and issue a public apology over false allegations involving a presidential pardon.

Human rights lawyer Femi Falana and his son, Folarin, known as Falz, have issued a 12-hour ultimatum to Bobrisky, demanding he retract defamatory claims. Bobrisky alleged in a leaked audio that Falana and Falz offered to help him secure a presidential pardon for ₦10 million.

In response, the duo denied the accusation, sparking widespread social media controversy. In a cease-and-desist letter dated October 14, 2024, Falana and Falz’s legal team called the claims damaging and demanded a public apology. They warned Bobrisky of legal action if he fails to comply.
