Nigerian actress Bimbo Ademoye has playfully shut down claims made by Toyin Abraham regarding her supposed new house and car.
During the Sunday premiere of Alakada: Bahd and Boujee, Abraham excitedly told the crowd, “Bimbo just bought a house and a car. Latest Benz!” Her statement sparked immediate reactions, with actress Ini Edo humorously stepping in, tapping Abraham on the shoulder and asking, “Who send you?”
On Tuesday, Bimbo Ademoye addressed the claim on her Instagram page, clearing the air with her signature humor. Speaking in pidgin English, she jokingly blamed Abraham’s onscreen character Yetunde Animashun for spreading the “lie,” saying:
“Yetunde Animashaun paro ku. She even dropped one lie last night at the premiere of Alakada Bad and Boujee. House and car whereeeeeee, wey I never chop belleful?”
Ademoye’s lighthearted response had fans laughing along, showing once again why her down-to-earth personality makes her a fan favorite both onscreen and off.
