Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark has been crowned Miss Universe 2024, making history as the first Danish winner of the prestigious pageant. Theilvig, an advocate for animal protection and a diamond industry professional, secured the title at the event held at Mexico City Arena. Miss Nigeria was the first runner-up, while Miss Mexico came in third.

Featuring 120+ contestants, the 73rd edition of the competition included debut entries from countries like Belarus and Maldives. The grand finale was hosted by Mario López and Olivia Culpo with vibrant mariachi performances kicking off the night.
