“Davido is a legend”- Omah Lay
Omah Lay praises Davido as a "legend" in an interview, sharing excitement about their upcoming collaboration and highlighting Davido's personality and work ethic.
Afrobeats star Stanley Omah, also known as Omah Lay, has praised Davido and called him a "legend" in an interview on The Baller Alert Show.
He stated that there are a lot of big artists in Nigeria, but the US always comes last when it comes to recognizing Nigerians because they are so focused on their own thing.
"From Nigeria, Davido right now. Davido has been... Yeah, actually, we have a song already that's coming out," he said in response to a question about which Nigerian artist he would like to work with.
"I didn’t want to say that, but I’m very excited about the record because it was something I didn’t imagine would be great, but the way we got along… Davido is such an amazing person too. You know, the way we got along and the way we made this record happen, yeah, I’m so excited," he added.
"Davido is a legend. He is big big big..."
