Dammy Krane, who once enjoyed mainstream success with his hit “Amin,” has been vocal in recent years about grievances with Davido, claiming the multi-award-winning artist owes him money for past collaborations.

This new legal threat adds fuel to a fiery rift that has played out publicly on social media, with both artists exchanging words over loyalty, gratitude, and unpaid debts.

Now preparing for the release of his new album “5IVE”—set to drop on April 18, the same day as Davido’s similarly titled album—Dammy Krane appears to be leveraging both the controversy and his music to regain the spotlight.

While some fans believe this could be a calculated publicity move, others think the allegations may hold water and deserve proper investigation.

Regardless, Dammy Krane’s return to headlines proves he’s not ready to fade quietly into the background, and his resolve to take the matter to a U.S. court could mark a new chapter in his ongoing feud with one of Africa’s biggest stars.
