Comedian Acapella reacts to VDM and Falana family controversy
Comedian Acapella criticizes the distraction caused by the Very Darkman-Falana controversy, urging focus on the 15 million naira bribe allegation against Bobrisky and calling for accountability from EFCC officials
Comedian Bennet Daniel, widely known as Acapella, reacting to the controversy between internet personality Martins Otse, a.k.a Very Darkman, and the Falana family, described it as a distraction from the main issue: the 15 million naira bribe allegation against another internet personality, Bobrisky.
In his video, he stated that there has only been one report about the main issue, which was the Minister of Interior stating that he had suspended all the top officials of the prison services. He mentioned that the rest has been about Very Darkman's case with the Falana family. He continued by stating, "It is not VDM vs the Falana's, it is not VDM vs Bobrisky, it is Nigerians vs corruption." He also commended the individual who recorded the Bobrisky audio, citing him as a hero, regardless of whether he knew what he was doing.
He further stated that the Federal Government should clamp down and arrest every EFCC official involved in the 15 million naira bribe. He also mentioned that Very Darkman's commentary against the Falana's created a negative narrative about them, and that they are within their rights to defend their image.
