Burna Boy accuses mysterious individual over false claim of luxury properties

Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy has ignited fresh controversy, accusing an unnamed individual of fabricating ownership of luxury properties in Lagos.  

The “Party” hitmaker took to Instagram to expose what he described as blatant dishonesty, specifically calling out false claims about owning a house in Banana Island and Elele’s residence. Burna revealed that the individual actually rents the Banana Island property and demanded accountability as the new year approaches.  

“If you ever lied about buying Sujimoto’s house in Banana when you only rented it, do better in 2025,” he wrote. “If you ever lied about Elele’s house being yours, do better in 2025. If you have an aftermarket rainbow Daytona, please stop telling people it’s real.”  

The star didn’t hold back, asserting that chronic dishonesty should be treated as a criminal offense. “It should be a criminal offense to tell as many lies as certain men. The list can go on and on,” Burna stated.  

This comes on the heels of Burna addressing backlash related to Speed Darlington’s arrest, following the rapper’s provocative remarks about Burna’s Grammy win and his links to Diddy Combs.  

With his unfiltered comments, Burna Boy once again demonstrates his bold stance against pretension and insincerity, sparking debate across social media platforms.
