Bobrisky hospitalized for breast pain following transfer rumors

Controversial crossdresser Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, was rushed to the Police Hospital in Falomo, Lagos, on Wednesday after experiencing sharp breast pain. This medical visit came shortly after Bobrisky had spent several hours in custody at the Nigeria Police Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) in Alagbon, Lagos.

According to Gistreel, Bobrisky's hospital transfer occurred around 2 p.m., following his complaints of discomfort. While initial reports pointed to health concerns, sources at Vanguard hinted at possible strategic motives behind the hospital trip. A police insider speculated that the timing may have been influenced by an impending transfer to the Special Fraud Unit (SFU), with the medical issue potentially serving as a diversion to avoid public attention.

The CP of the SFU, who was reportedly preparing to oversee Bobrisky’s transfer, had paid a visit to the command earlier in the day. In light of Bobrisky’s complaints, the police summoned an ambulance with the license plate LLD339LP, transporting him under guarded supervision to the hospital.

A source close to the situation revealed that Bobrisky, who had been complaining bitterly about severe breast pain, was treated with additional sensitivity. Before being placed in the police cell, he was separated from other detainees and closely monitored by two armed officers who remained on guard until his hospital transport.

In an unusual twist, as Bobrisky lay on the stretcher inside the ambulance, a female nurse and armed police officer stood watch. When approached for identification, Bobrisky responded with his male birth name, Idris. The entire ordeal, from his initial confinement to the guarded hospital transfer, has fueled speculation about the real reasons behind his sudden medical episode amidst legal challenges.
