BBNaija: Fans Drag Chinne of Aunty & Niece Pair Over Her Ridiculous Eating Habit

Social media users are upset over eating habits of Chinne from the Ndi Nne duo that has been making the rounds.

On Sunday, July 28, 2024, the ninth season of the reality TV series Big Brother Naija made its debut. The hosts of the show declared that, in contrast to past seasons, housemates will be paired up this time around.

The fourth couple on the show were an unexpected couple. They were a couple of aunts and nieces who had also won the custodian challenge.

However, once stories and tweets appeared detailing her eating habits, Chinne, the aunt, provoked criticism on social media.

Entering the kitchen, Chinne went to have her late breakfast. She scooped up a platter of her own two boiled eggs as soon as she arrived in the kitchen. 

The way Chinne ate one of the eggs startled Nigerians. She did not try to break the egg; instead, she plunged her fork into it and drank it whole.

Social media users were shocked to learn this, as they had previously blamed her eating habits for her obesity.

Chinne had earlier told Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the host of the BBNaija show that her eventual winnings from the show will be channelled into diabetes campaign and awareness in rural areas.
