Big Brother Naija's 'No Loose Guard' contestant, Chinwe, has stirred up debate after making a bold claim about Grammy-winning afrobeats icon, Wizkid. During a conversation with her fellow housemates on Saturday, Chinwe declared that the "Starboy" is no longer relevant in the music industry, stating that rising afrobeats sensation Rema has now surpassed him.
“Wizkid is no longer relevant," Chinwe asserted. "When was the last time he sold out a show? Even Rema is doing better than him right now.”
She went on to praise Burna Boy, highlighting his consistency and success in maintaining his superstar status. “Currently, Wizkid isn’t doing great. He has to prove himself and earn his status as a superstar. If it’s Burna Boy, I won’t be having this conversation. Burna Boy is doing well. He’s proving himself,” she added.
