Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere forgives Happie Boys, lifts curses

In a heartwarming turn of events, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, the General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries (OPM), has finally extended an olive branch to the once-viral dancing ex-security guards, the Happie Boys. The duo, known for their viral dance videos while working at Chicken Republic, had caught the attention of Apostle Chibuzor in 2022. He had generously sponsored their education abroad after they were fired from their jobs. However, things took a sour turn when the Happie Boys were deported from Cyprus following a fallout with the pastor, and they were seen struggling again to rebuild their lives.

The conflict between them reached a point where Apostle Chibuzor had placed a curse on them, stating that anyone who offered them help would inherit the same curse. However, on September 7, 2024, in a surprising and forgiving gesture, Apostle Chibuzor announced via Facebook that he had forgiven the Happie Boys. He also officially lifted the curse, allowing people to assist them without fear of inheriting any punishment.

In his heartfelt post, the pastor stated:

"Today 7 September 2024, I HRM KING APOSTLE CHIBUZOR GIFT CHINYERE, the general overseer of Omega Power Ministry (OPM), hereby forgive Happie Boyz, and I also release them from every curse I placed upon their life and destiny because of JESUS CHRIST. They still remain my children. From today, anyone that helps Happie Boyz will not inherit their curses."
