American woman files for divorce after husband voted Trump

A dramatic turn of events has unfolded for an American man whose marriage is now on the brink of collapse after he voted for Donald Trump in the recent U.S. election. Taking to social media, the distraught husband revealed that his wife swiftly filed for divorce upon learning of his vote, leaving him stunned and confused.

In his emotional post, he expressed disbelief that his marriage of several years could crumble so suddenly over political differences:  

"I voted for Trump, and my wife sent me divorce papers. I didn't even know it was possible to be served divorce papers this quickly," he wrote, adding, "Last week, we were happy. Today, we’re getting divorced."

The man further shared his frustration, noting that his wife refused to engage in any discussions or reconsider her decision. He claimed she was adamant about ending their relationship, even threatening to report his parents for allegedly working while on disability benefits:  

"She won’t listen to any reasoning and insists nothing will change her mind."

Now, he finds himself in a dilemma, seeking advice from strangers online as he grapples with the sudden unraveling of his family life. He remains uncertain about what to do next, fearing there might be no way to repair the rift.
