A 65-year-old man, Mark Horak, was arrested for tampering with evidence after 33-year-old Olutoyosi Molomo was found dead in his McKinney home, with a gunshot wound as the cause of death.
A 65-year-old man has been arrested for tampering with evidence after a dead body was found in his McKinney home.
The Collin County Sheriff's Office stated that Mark Horak, 65, was charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair a human corpse, a second-degree felony. Police say the victim, 33-year-old Olutoyosi Molomo, was found dead in July at Horak's residence in McKinney.
The police previously reported that on July 31, 2024, a man at a local emergency room reported an unconscious man with a head injury at his home.
Deputies entered the home and found 31-year-old Olutoyosi Molomo dead. The Collin County Medical Examiner’s Office later determined that a gunshot had killed Molomo
