DStv, GOtv Price Increase Effective March 2025

MultiChoice Nigeria, an entertainment television network, has announced a price increase for its DStv and GOtv packages, effective March 1, 2025. This decision follows a significant 600% tariff hike by several telecommunication networks in Nigeria.

In a statement to customers on February 24, the company attributed the price adjustment to rising operational costs, including the depreciation of the naira and inflation.

The Premium plan will rise to ₦44,500. GOtv users will also see price increase: the GOtv Smallie plan will now be priced at ₦3,900, up from ₦3,600, while GOtv Plus will increase to ₦5,800 from ₦4,850. The GOtv Max package will now cost ₦8,500, the Supa plan will be ₦11,400, and Supa Plus will increase to ₦16,800.
